Point Rock Park
Point Rock Park is a great spot to go for a nature walk up the bluffs, stroll along the water where you can toss sticks, leaves or stones in and watch them flow downstream or play on the play set if you have kids. On a hot day you can cool off in the water or bring a picnic lunch. We appreciate that they have restrooms available too. The Copper Cow
The Copper Cow has a diverse menu that comes in clutch when traveling with a family of 5 like us. The kids menu prices were reasonable and drinks and food were delicious. We really enjoyed the alfredo and the melty cow sandwich. Timber Lake Playhouse
Seeing the CLUE performance at this playhouse was possibly the highlight for us! We love a wide variety of entertainment when we travel so when we can combine the arts with outdoors in a beautiful area, it's a winning combination! You'll find reasonably priced concessions like popcorn and sodas, the doors open about 30 minutes prior to showtime but with assigned seating arriving right before showtime there's no issue.
